Fachpack 2022 is finally here
Fachpack, the European trade fair for packaging, processing, and technology has finally arrived. Between september 27 - 29 at the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg, Germany you get the opportunity to meet Persson Innovation in-person to say hi, talk and discuss more about how handles make difference in what the key theme of this year’s exhibition is all about: The transition in packaging. We took the opportunity to ask Andreas Carlson, Director of Global Sales, a few questions.
First of all, how does it feel to be back In Nuremberg at Fachpack?
“We are delighted to be here. It is an incredibly well-organized and rewarding fair to exhibit at – one of our favorites of all fairs in Europe. It has so far been a really good start with lot of visitors at our stand with many interesting discussions, so we are very happy with the first day and look forward to the remaining days.”
Why is it important for Persson to attend trade shows like these?
“There are several reasons why it’s important to attend to fairs. One of them is the great opportunity to meet our customers in-person. It’s also a great opportunity to follow the development in the industry.”
This year’s theme of Fachpack is Transition in packaging which connects with Persson Innovation´s way of working: to challenge your way of thinking and re-think packaging.
“There are simple ways to save tons of plastic just by rethinking how your packaging is made, and there are well-proven solutions on the market already. One example is our 100% sustainable paper handle, which gives you the option to remove the plastic handle and replacing it with a paper handle. It has never been more opportunities to re-think than now.”
